Job summary

AP Security & Video Surveillance is seeking a full-time IT Field Service Technician in Belle Vernon, PA. The role focuses on on-site support for Windows-based PCs and our surveillance and door access systems, including installations and troubleshooting.

Travel and occasional overnight stays are required as part of supporting customer locations. The ideal candidate will have basic IT networking skills, experience with Office and Google products, and a strong customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Position Summary:

As an IT Field ServiceTechnician,you will be expected toreport invia email to the office for scheduled tasks, and report on all completed tasks.You will handle on-site support for customers, as well as aid in installations of customer locations. During on-site support you will focus on Windows based PC’s and our various Surveillance and Door Access Control software, as well at troubleshooting and replacing hardware for the various products we install.You will need to be able to troubleshoot PC’sand will need to know basic IT Networking Skills.Willingto train the right candidate.

Requirements and Skills:

• IT Networking knowledge
