Job summary

General Dynamics Electric Boat in Groton, CT is seeking a Senior Facilities Project Manager Mechanical Engineer to lead maintenance, design and execution of infrastructure projects at the shipyard.

You will manage scope of work, bid documents, funding, vendor relations, safety compliance and schedule, interfacing with Naval oversight and EB departments to deliver reliable water, HVAC, boiler and plant systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or Facilities Engineering.
• 5+ years of post graduate engineering experience (Senior or above).
• Experience in facilities engineering, plant engineering, or construction.
