Job summary

UF Information Technology (UFIT) is seeking an entry-level IT ERP Business Analyst to join Applications, Development & Integrations (ADI), a unit within UFIT. UFIT enables teaching, learning, research, and service on campus with state-of-the-art enterprise IT systems and opportunities to teach using HiPerGator.

We seek skilled team members who enjoy creating business solutions addressing needs of core UF offices.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree; or a high school diploma or equivalent and two years of relevant experience.
• Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.

Responsibilities

• Providing application support in a 24/7 environment
• Assisting in crafting short and long-term business solutions for complex system problems
• Assisting in impact analysis of enhancements, upgrades and other system changes including in participating in Quality Control (testing) and Change Management life cycle
• Assisting in creating and maintaining configuration, maintenance, and functional documentation
