The University of Florida Information Technology (UFIT) seeks an entry-level IT ERP Business Analyst to join Applications, Development & Integrations (ADI). This role supports UF’s enterprise IT systems in a 24/7 environment, crafting practical business solutions across core offices on campus.

Strong communication and analytical abilities are essential to analyze changes, document configurations, and assist in testing and change management.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or a high school diploma with two years of relevant experience.
• Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.
• Experience with enterprise systems and problem solving in IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Providing application support in a 24/7 environment.
• Assisting in crafting short and long-term business solutions for complex system problems.
• Assisting in impact analysis of enhancements, upgrades and other system changes including participating in Quality Control (testing) and Change Management life cycle.
• Assisting in creating and maintaining configuration, maintenance, and functional documentation.
