Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in the United States is seeking an IT Equipment Coordinator for our Fulfillment Center (SAT3). You will maintain IT inventory, coordinate ordering, delivery, and audits of assets, and support IT staff in daily projects. Ideal candidates understand IT hardware concepts, have procurement/asset-management experience, and can lift up to 49 pounds.

Weekend/night shifts may be required; authorization to work in the U.S. is necessary.

Qualifications

Knowledge of IT system hardware and network concepts.
Experience in procurement, budgeting, forecasting, or asset management.
Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair.
Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
High School diploma, or equivalent.
Work flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Allocation and maintenance of IT equipment throughout the Fulfillment Center.
RMA and repair process for all devices under warranty.
Support IT Support Technicians and IT Support Engineers in daily projects and activities.
