Iru in Coral Gables, Miami, seeks a driven IT Engineer to join our growing team and provide high‑quality IT support in a fast‑paced startup environment. You will collaborate with IT and security professionals, manage IAM integrations, device management, onboarding/offboarding, and help deploy new tools for a global workforce.

This onsite role reports to the Head of IT & InfoSec, participates in on‑call shifts, and contributes to building a world‑class IT organization at the forefront of the NEW

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in a corporate IT environment.
• Experience with Mac and Windows administration.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and written/oral communication.
• Experience with IAM, network or device management.
• Familiarity with Okta, Google Workspace and MDM lifecycle.
• Experience using Linear and Tines for workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality IT support in a fast-paced startup.
• Create documentation for servicing internal customers and processes.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams and mentor others.
• Troubleshoot Apple and Windows hardware, software, and SaaS issues.
• Lead IAM integrations and MDM deployments.
• Manage device lifecycle and onboarding/offboarding for staff.
