Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Google Workspace and Slack administration/ownership.
• Sole ownership of Google Workspace governance with domain-wide delegation and app-blocking; GAM/Admin scripting for bulk user/group management.
• Built or shipped an app/bot/workflow on Slack, not just channel configurations.
• Owned a conference room AV project end-to-end, including hardware rollout/standards.
• Hands-on MDM/endpoint management with Jamf and/or Workspace ONE.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end administration and governance of Google Workspace and Slack; user/group lifecycle, permissions, and security settings.
• Own conference room AV and collaboration tech across the NYC HQ footprint; hardware rollout and standard maintenance.
• Own MDM/endpoint management across ~100 applications and 300–400 users with Jamf/Workspace ONE.
• Provide white-glove, executive-level technical support across devices and collaboration tools.
• Own the ticketing queue end-to-end; triage, prioritize, and automate to reduce ticket volume and time.
• Build and maintain the department knowledge base with SOPs and self-service docs.
