Job summary

Patriot Talent Solutions seeks an IT Engineer for a direct-hire, on-site role in Knoxville, TN. You’ll provide escalated IT support across multiple client environments within a multi-client MSP-style setting, focusing on networking and Windows/Microsoft infrastructure.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting LAN/WAN, managing Active Directory and Microsoft 365, and participating in migrations, onboarding, and implementations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT support / systems / network support (IT Engineer / Project Engineer background fits well).
• Experience in an MSP or multi-client environment strongly preferred
• Strong networking fundamentals (Meraki a plus)
• Well-rounded infrastructure experience across Windows/Microsoft tools
• Proven ability to context switch and manage multiple priorities
• Strong customer-facing communication skills

We’re actively recruiting an IT Engineer for our client in Knoxville, TN. This is a direct-hire opportunity supporting a multi-client/MSP-style environment. The right person is a true IT generalist with strong networking fundamentals (Cisco Meraki preferred) and solid Windows/Microsoft infrastructure experience, comfortable owning escalations and jumping between priorities.
