Job summary

Terrestris Global Solutions is seeking an IT Support Specialist (Tester) to validate Windows-based hardware, software, and endpoint-management solutions for IRS-CI deployments. The role covers test environments, imaging, automation, and documentation to ensure readiness before enterprise deployment.

Based in Florence, KY, with planned relocation to Covington, KY, you will work onsite with a focus on security controls, STIGs, and process compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in enterprise endpoint management, desktop engineering, or OS deployment testing.
• Experience validating Windows OS deployments and applications across multiple configurations.
• Knowledge of MECM/Intune and PowerShell scripting for automation.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured validation and testing in the enterprise endpoint lab.
• Support endpoint imaging, lifecycle management, and test environments.
• Develop and maintain test plans, results, and documentation including defects.
