Job summary

STI is seeking an IT Deployment and Testing Technician in Greenville to deploy and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and related hardware across clinical and administrative settings. The role includes Epic software readiness testing and end-to-end validation for go-live.

You will document results, maintain hardware records, and collaborate with IT and clinical staff to minimize operational disruption while ensuring security standards and patient data integrity.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience in IT.
• 1-3 years in IT hardware deployment or similar roles.
• Experience with Epic or other EHR systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure desktops, laptops, peripherals, and printers.
• Install software and verify required applications and configurations.
• Perform end-to-end testing for Epic TDR readiness.
• Document testing results and deployment configurations.
• Collaborate with IT and clinical staff to minimize disruption.
• Provide basic user training and support during deployments.
