Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Approximately 2 years of IT support or customer-facing experience is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated hourly rate for this role is $19.50 per hour which may be below your state's minimum wage.
