Job summary

Conduent, Inc. is seeking a Payment Processing Associate for an on-site role in E. Lansing, MI. The position involves administrative support, reviewing payments, and data entry from source documents.

The shift runs Monday through Saturday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with Wednesday off. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong communication skills, experience in a fast-paced call center, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Ten Key experience and a background check are required.
