You will oversee onboarding, asset inventory, vendor contracts, and project coordination while staying current with technology trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or equivalent.
• Experience managing technical teams, projects, SLAs, and vendor contracts.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and diplomatic skills; ITIL or CompTIA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-user support (endpoints and software) across locations and corporate offices.
• Ensure SLA adherence and HIPAA compliance in IT support.
• Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, networking, and cloud services.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding, licensing, and access control.
• Maintain asset and configuration inventory across hardware, software, and licensing.
• Handle escalations and resolve complex technical issues.
• Communicate technical solutions clearly to diverse audiences.
• Identify process improvements and optimize support operations.
