Job summary

Goldbelt Nighthawk, LLC is seeking an IT Documentation Specialist to develop, maintain, and organize technical and operational documentation for EFMSS and related IT systems. The role ensures accurate documentation of configurations, processes, work specifications, business requirements, and reporting information.

Responsibilities include maintaining docs for NPS operations, conducting quality reviews, and translating complex technical information into clear materials.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience developing, maintaining, or managing technical documentation.
• Experience documenting technical processes, systems, or procedures.
• Experience using Microsoft Office or comparable documentation tools.

Summary

The IT Documentation Specialist develops, maintains, reviews, and organizes technical and operational documentation supporting EFMSS and associated IT systems and applications. The position ensures that system operations, configurations, processes, work specifications, business practices, business requirements, and application and reporting information are accurately documented and maintained in accordance with established requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience developing, maintaining, editing, or managing technical documentation.
• Experience documenting technical processes, procedures, systems, or applications.
• Experience using Microsoft Office or comparable documentation tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Information Technology, Information Systems, English, or a related field.

Pay and Benefits

The annual salary range for this position is $83,000 to $86,000.
