Job summary

CFS in Miami is seeking an IT Director to lead day-to-day technology operations, security, and long-term strategy across a multi-site environment. You will guide a team of IT professionals, collaborate with executive leadership, and ensure systems are reliable, scalable, and aligned with business goals.

This hands-on leadership role offers budget responsibility, vendor management, and a focus on cybersecurity and modernization to enable growth and learning across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT leadership and managing a multi-site IT environment.
• Strong background in cloud, virtualization, and security.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization's IT strategy and technology roadmap.
• Serve as the primary technology advisor to executive leadership, communicating risks and investments.
• Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and technology expenditures.
• Lead and mentor IT team members across support, systems, and infrastructure.
• Establish and maintain service delivery standards and operating procedures.
• Oversee core infrastructure, cloud platforms, identity management, and collaboration technologies.
• Ensure security, availability, and performance of internal systems.
• Lead cybersecurity initiatives, access governance, and incident response.
• Evaluate, select, and implement new technologies to support growth.
• Provide technical leadership during major projects and incidents.
• Support IT operations across multiple locations.
