Job summary

The Coalition for the Homeless of Central Florida seeks a Director of Information Technology to lead all IT operations, security, and infrastructure in support of mission delivery.

You will oversee network and server infrastructure, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, budgeting, vendor relationships, and technology project delivery, ensuring reliable services for staff and partners. The role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and a proven track record in complex enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in information technology operations.
• 3+ years managing IT infrastructure and enterprise systems.
• 3+ years leadership or tech-management experience.
• Experience overseeing cybersecurity systems and risk management.
• Experience budgeting and technology expenditures.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 environments and licensing.

Responsibilities

• Oversees IT operations, infrastructure, services, and support.
• Hires, supervises, and develops IT staff.
• Sets IT strategy, policies, and standards.
• Manages IT budget and expenditures.
• Oversees network, security, and cloud systems.
