You will drive governance, optimization, and automation across revenue cycle platforms, partnering with operations, finance and executive leadership to deliver measurable financial and patient experience outcomes.

Qualifications

• Epic Hospital Billing Certification
• Epic Professional Billing Certification
• Epic Single Billing Office (SBO) experience
• PMP, ITIL, Lean, Six Sigma or other leadership certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the technology strategy and roadmap for Sentara's SBO platform.
• Establish enterprise governance for revenue cycle technology decisions.
• Oversee revenue cycle transformation with automation and AI initiatives.
• Ensure platform stability, performance and service excellence.
• Partner with Revenue Cycle Operations, Finance and Executives to drive outcomes.
