Job summary

Lemnis, a public charity, seeks an IT Director - Product Tech to lead and scale our IT function from the ground up during rapid growth from mergers and acquisitions. You will own technology roadmaps, advise senior leaders, and manage day-to-day IT operations with a lean team.

This is a full-time, primarily remote role reporting to executive leadership and focusing on FinOps, security, automation, and seamless onboarding across acquisitions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement an automated FinOps data pipeline and dashboards.
• Oversee full lifecycle SaaS management including contracts and renewals.
• Formalize backup, disaster recovery, and incident response processes.
• Lead IT-to-People Ops onboarding and provisioning for Day 1 readiness.
• Lead IT due diligence and risk assessment for mergers & acquisitions.
• Integrate acquired divisions' IT systems onto Lemnis Google workspace.
