Job summary

PopStroke Entertainment Group is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Lead to manage and optimize the company’s technology across venues and corporate offices. You will shape IT strategy, deploy networks, and drive initiatives to support fast growth.

The role requires strong project management, vendor relations, and hands-on expertise across Windows/Mac, M365, Okta, Meraki, and security tooling. Travel up to 20% is expected in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace at scale.
• Configure and support Okta and SSO integrations.
• Deploy and troubleshoot Windows/Mac via RMM tools like Kandji, NinjaOne.
• Design and test highly available networks with automatic failover.
• Configure and support Cloud VOIP services and handsets.
• VLANS and Wi-Fi configuration for large venues.
• Familiarity with Meraki/Cisco security and network tooling.
• Knowledge of IT compliance, risk, and data privacy.
• Manage and maintain hardware, servers, storage, networking gear.
• Experience with endpoint security, SIEM, and threat protection.
• Configure ITSM tools and vendor relationships.
• Strong communication, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute IT strategy across all PopStroke venues and corporate locations.
• Lead IT initiatives, projects, and alignment with business goals.
• Deploy remote monitoring and management across devices and servers.
• Procure and provision computers and hardware.
• Oversee help desk operations, provisioning, and automation across systems.
• Implement real-time monitoring and alerting for critical infrastructure.
• Assist design and management of multi-site networks, firewalls, VPNs, wireless.
• Support on-site installations and occasional travel to venues.
• Develop and maintain a Knowledge Base for tech systems.
• Source primary and backup internet, data connectivity options.
• Occasional after-hours support and travel up to 20%.
• Other duties as assigned.
