The Director of IT serves as the dedicated technology leader for the division, responsible for aligning systems, infrastructure, and data strategy with business objectives and operational performance. Acting as the division’s head of IT and strategic advisor to executive leadership, this role defines and executes a multi‑year technology roadmap that enhances productivity, improves data visibility, and drives scalability across operations. The position holds accountability for evaluating and optimizing core transportation systems, including potential platform transformation, while ensuring technology investments deliver measurable operational and financial impact. In addition to leading staff, projects, and vendor partnerships, this role positions technology as a competitive differentiator for the division.
