Job summary

Odyssey Logistics is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Product in Chesterton, IN to lead product strategy for WMS and TMS platforms and to drive user‑experience improvements. You will interview users, clarify requirements, and build roadmaps that align with Odyssey's global product strategy.

The role requires 7+ years in product management within logistics or IT, a Bachelor's degree, strong PM skills, and the ability to collaborate across operations, engineering, data services, and sales.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
7+ years in product management or logistics/IT with knowledge of WMS.
Experience with WMS; TMS experience is preferred.
Strong PM, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Prioritize roadmap with stakeholders based on value, feasibility, and demand.
Document requirements, updates, and business cases for the development team.
Collaborate with operations, engineering, data services, innovations, and sales to align needs and priorities.
Manage end-to-end product development lifecycle with engineering and QA to deliver on time.
Define KPIs, drive product launches, and monitor adoption and performance.
