Job summary

Beale Infrastructure seeks a Director of Information Technology to own Beale’s corporate technology environment from Seattle or San Francisco. This hands-on role works with our managed IT services partner and the VP of Corporate Security to keep the business productive and secure from day one.

You will design IAM foundations, administer systems, manage device fleets, evolve the productivity suite, and drive ISO 27001 readiness with auditable controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, CS or related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on IT administration/engineering in high-growth settings.
• Proven experience deploying and administering enterprise IAM (Okta preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own and administer Beale's corporate technology environment (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, IAM, devices, networks).
• Maintain email, calendars, file management & sharing, chat & collaboration.
• Design/deploy IAM foundation (SSO/SAML, OIDC) with provisioning, MFA, and access reviews.
• Configure Defender, Intune, Entra, Purview; partner with Security leadership.
• Onboard/offboard employees with HR and MSP partner; ensure timely access control.
• Oversee mixed device fleet via MDM; manage asset inventory from purchase to retirement.
• Lead MSP tickets/escalations/projects and ensure service levels.
• Build IT controls behind ISO 27001 and audit-readiness programs.
