S3 AeroDefense, LLC is seeking a Director of Information Technology to lead enterprise technology across multiple facilities. The role directs IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, data analytics, AI, and digital transformation, aligning technology with business goals and regulatory obligations.

The incumbent partners with executives to balance secure daily operations with scalable digital solutions, sets governance, budgets, and risk controls, and builds strong teams to drive measurable business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related IT field or business discipline.
• Requires 10+ years in information technology and cybersecurity.
• 7+ years in leadership managing diverse tech teams.
• Experience directing digital transformation, AI, and data analytics.
• Ability to translate tech opportunities into business decisions.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise technology strategy.
• Lead IT Infrastructure Manager and Sr. Digital Transformation Manager.
• Oversee reliability, scalability, and lifecycle of tech infrastructure.
• Maintain cybersecurity program, risk controls, and incident response.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, including export controls where applicable.
• Guide digital transformation initiatives across AI, data, and automation.
• Partner with leaders to align portfolio with business needs and growth.
• Own governance, standards, vendor relationships, and SLAs.
• Develop annual tech operating and capital budgets; assess investments.
• Monitor performance, risks, and value realization; drive improvements.
