Job summary

FEAM Aero is seeking a Director of Technology & Digital Services to own day-to-day technology execution, cybersecurity, and business systems strategy. You will lead the IT Operations, Business Systems, and IT Service Delivery functions across FEAM Aero.

You will drive adoption, governance, and cost efficiency while aligning initiatives with CIO strategy and regulatory requirements. Strong leadership and executive communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience spanning infrastructure, cybersecurity, business systems, service delivery, and project execution.
Proven ownership of business platforms such as Workday (required), ERP/MRO systems (preferred), and ITSM tools.

Responsibilities

Lead IT Operations for infrastructure, cloud, networking, endpoints, identity, and core IT operations.
Own cybersecurity execution end-to-end, including tooling, monitoring, incident response, and access controls.
Ensure availability, performance, and resilience for 1,500+ users across 30+ locations.
Plan infrastructure modernization, capacity planning, and lifecycle management.
Oversee system integrations, data flows, automation, and workflow optimization.
