Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive IT leadership experience in a middle market business environment.
• Deep expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem including Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and Power BI.
• Strong vendor management skills including MSP and third-party consultant oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own IT infrastructure, systems administration, security, and end-user support.
• Manage network infrastructure focusing on uptime, stability, and scalability.
• Oversee vendor relationships and IT project management activities.
