Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Director of Information Technology to lead technology strategy, security, and operations across our growing professional services organization in the Tampa area.

You will collaborate with senior leadership to align IT with business goals, oversee network and cloud systems, manage vendors, and drive project delivery while ensuring data protection and disaster recovery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years IT leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and enterprise systems.
• Experience with project management, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in engineering, construction, or professional services preferred.

Responsibilities

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Proven ability to manage IT projects, vendors, and technical teams.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience within engineering, construction, or professional services preferred.
• Relevant IT or project management certifications are a plus.
• This is an on-site position with occasional travel required.
