Apex Skin seeks a forward-thinking Director of IT to lead technology strategy, security, and operations across the organization in Ohio. This hands-on executive will guide AI and automation initiatives while ensuring reliable IT services, governance, and vendor management.

Responsibilities include overseeing IT operations, cybersecurity, budgeting, and multi-site support, partnering with leaders to align technology with business goals and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent education and experience considered.
• 10+ years of progressive IT leadership, management, or systems administration experience.
• Experience managing third-party IT service providers and vendor relationships.
• Demonstrated success leading technology projects and enterprise IT initiatives.
• Experience evaluating and implementing technology infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT support models.
• Experience supporting multi-site organizations and geographically dispersed operations.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily IT operations and support across the organization.
• Ensure security, reliability, and scalability of IT services.
• Lead AI and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and performance.
• Develop and manage IT budgets, roadmaps, and vendor relationships.
