Job summary

Charlotte's Web seeks a Director of IT to lead technology infrastructure, security, and DevOps across the organization. You will partner with leaders to align IT with business goals, drive scalable AI initiatives, and oversee networking, cloud deployments, and DR planning.

The role requires a strategic thinker with 10+ years in tech infrastructure, strong supervisory experience, and excellent communication. On-site role in a fast-paced CPG setting with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology infrastructure.
• Minimum 5+ years of supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.
• 5+ years of experience administering medium-scale networks on Windows platforms.
• Experience with cloud deployments in AWS and Azure; strong budgeting and vendor management.
• Knowledge of network security software and end-user device security.
• Experience with IT policies, DR planning, SOX/PCI compliance.
• Excellent planning, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work evenings and some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI innovation strategy and deployment with cross-functional leaders.
• Develop IT strategies aligned with business goals.
• Review architecture and design and evaluate IT deliverables.
• Modernize processes using emerging technologies to improve efficiency.
• Manage IT/ERP/Dev and QA teams including budgets and upgrades.
• Ensure SLAs are met and security/compliance enforced.
• Oversee disaster recovery planning and backup procedures.
• Monitor system performance and respond to incidents.
