Job summary

Charlotte's Web, Inc. is seeking a Director of IT to lead technology infrastructure, security, and DevOps across the organization in Colorado.

You will partner with leaders to understand needs, drive scalable IT solutions, and advance digital modernization in a fast-paced CPG environment. The role requires 10+ years of infra experience, 5+ years of supervision, and strong expertise in networks, cloud, and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.
• 10+ years of technology infrastructure experience.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience.
• Experience administering medium-scale networks on Windows platforms.
• Experience with server virtualization and network devices (Palo Alto, Cisco, Meraki).
• Hands-on with cloud deployments in AWS and Azure.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI innovation and strategy across the organization to boost efficiency and customer experience.
• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals.
• Review architecture and design for quality of IT deliverables.
• Modernize processes using emerging technologies for better operations.
• Manage IT, ERP, Development, and IT QA teams including budgets and upgrades.
• Ensure disaster recovery planning and regulatory compliance (SOX, PCI).
• Oversee networking including Cisco/Meraki switches, firewalls, ACLs, VLANs, LAN-to-LAN.
