Job summary

The Timken Company is seeking an IT Analyst - Developer to design, develop, enhance, and support business applications and integrations for manufacturing and engineering operations. As a Level II Developer, you will deliver small to medium complexity software solutions, ensure reliability, security, and performance, and collaborate with stakeholders and site teams.

You will participate in DevOps practices, mentoring, and continuous improvement of development standards.

Qualifications

Associate or bachelor-level IT/CS degree with relevant experience.
Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or distribution environments preferred.
Strong knowledge of C#/.NET, ASP.NET MVC or .NET Core.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy application features and bug fixes.
Own backlog items through full development lifecycle and post-release support.
Coordinate deployments with change management and release control processes.
Mentor Level I developers and promote coding standards and best practices.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
