Job Description

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduation from a senior High School or evidence of having passes an examination for a High School equivalency diploma and four years of satisfactory full-time paid experience within a computer environment, at least one year of which shall have been in a supervisory capacity; or
• Education and/or experience equivalent to 1 above.

• Advanced knowledge of desktop hardware and software
• Able to identify and resolve complex technical desktop problems.
• Be able to lift and move computers, printers and other devices.

• Three years' experience related to above responsibilities
• Combination of A+/Network+ Certification will be accepted as the equivalent of 1 year experience.
