Job summary
Federal Public Defender for the District of Arizona is seeking a full-time Assistant Computer Systems Administrator (ACSA) - IT Desktop Support Analyst to be stationed in Phoenix, AZ. The role provides desktop and end-user support across Windows systems, devices, and enterprise applications in a Windows environment.
The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting skills and experience supporting end users while managing multiple priorities in a professional office setting, with travel to multiple
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of general IT support experience.
- Minimum two years of desktop or systems support experience.
- Experience with Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Windows Server/AD, VPN/endpoint tools.
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite, in-person and remote desktop support for Windows 11.
- Configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop and laptop hardware/software.
- Support Microsoft 365, VPN connectivity, antivirus software, and remote tools.
- Manage Active Directory user accounts and permissions.
- Create and deploy Windows desktop images.
- Maintain IT inventory and asset records.
- Support mobile devices (Android, iPhone, iPad).
- Develop and maintain technical documentation.
- Provide timely, professional customer service.
- Travel between office locations as needed, including overnight travel.
