Ivalua is seeking an IT Desktop Support Administrator to join our Pittsburgh office as part of a global IT Infrastructure & Support team. This role is the US relay for Intune endpoint management and will coordinate with EMEA/APAC teams to uphold global workstation standards.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experiencedIT Desktop Support Administrator at Ivalua based out of our Pittsburgh, PA office. In addition to delivering high-touch local IT support, you will serve as the primary U.S. relay for our global Microsoft Intune endpoint management environment, collaborating closely with our EMEA and APAC IT Support team.
You will be part of the global IT Infrastructure & Support Team that manages IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and workplace technology at Ivalua. Our team works hard, plays hard, and fosters a collaborative environment where you can focus, innovate, and perform at your best. This position reports to the Manager, IT in AMER.

In addition to location, salary may also vary based upon job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Title: IT Desktop Support Administrator
Base range minimum: $48,750
Base range maximum: $81,250
*Additional compensation / rewards: In addition to the base salary information above, Ivalua offers an uncapped commission plan as part of the competitive compensation package.
