Job summary

State Savings Bank is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to provide prompt, friendly service to team members with a “Yes, I can” mindset. This in-person role requires presence in Traverse City, MI, and availability Monday through Saturday.

Responsibilities include user support, imaging/replacement, and hands-on desktop hardware, OS, and software support, as well as printer/scanner support and handling loan processing software suites.

• Microsoft Active Directory – User Administrator
• Core Processing (Horizon, FSI Image Center, check printing, Scanners, etc.)
• Secure Exchange – User Administration & End User Support
• MS365 – User Administration & End User Support
• Kace – Operations
• Mitel – User administration, hardware configuration and support

/Security

• End User Incident Response
• NAC - Operations

/Desktop Support (Primary)

• Tech Support (user issues, phone support, support through email)
• Desktop Imaging and replacement
