Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership-Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentoring.
• IT Infrastructure & Daily Operations-Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization’s IT infrastructure, with a specific focus on networking components such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Ensure the availability, security, and performance of IT systems and networks.
• Conduct regular system and network audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze processes and technologies to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Strategic Planning-Collaborate with site managers and key stakeholders to develop and implement IT strategies that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
• Evaluate and recommend technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency, strengthen security, and support business growth.

Main Requirements and Qualifications

• -Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• -Minimum of 5 years of IT technical experience in infrastructure design, implementation, and monitoring for on‑premises and public cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS).
• -At least 2 years of leadership experience managing technical teams.
• -Demonstrated ability to develop staff and build leadership capabilities.
• -Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• -Strong execution skills with the ability to drive prioritization and alignment with corporate IT strategy.
• -Proven ability to drive operational excellence initiatives across IT teams.
• -Growth mindset and adaptability to a fast‑paced environment, with a strong interest in emerging technologies and industry trends.
• -Ability to manage multiple activities and tasks concurrently.
• -Expertise in cybersecurity is a plus.
• Salary range: $127,700-$207,300 annually
• Work location: San Jose, CA. Future candidate is expected to work Mon.-Thursday onsite at San Jose office, Friday can work from home.
• Employee may be eligible for performance bonus, short- and long-term incentive programs. Actual total compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
