Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive IT experience with leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
• Broad understanding of networking, cloud systems, software development, cybersecurity, and technical support.
• Experience managing teams, budgets, and vendor relationships.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel between locations and respond to critical technology needs outside regular business hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the IT department, including network infrastructure, cloud systems, web development, business systems, and help desk support.
• Establish department priorities, manage workloads, and ensure projects and operational needs are addressed effectively.
• Oversee the performance, reliability, and security of company technology systems across multiple locations.
• Partner with department leaders to identify technology needs, improve processes, and support business initiatives.
• Manage technology projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and new store openings.
• Oversee cybersecurity practices, data protection, and business continuity planning.
• Develop and manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and technology investments.
• Provide coaching, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities for IT team members.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve efficiency and support company growth.
• Occasionally travel between company locations to respond to critical technology needs.
