Steinhafels is seeking an experienced Information Technology Department Manager to lead the IT department and drive technology initiatives across our growing organization. This role will oversee networks, cloud systems, web development, business systems, and help desk support across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or equivalent, 5+ years of IT leadership experience, and strong skills in cybersecurity, budgeting, and vendor management.

• Occasional travel between locations and after-hours responsiveness.

• Develop and manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and technology investments.
• Provide coaching, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities for IT team members.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve efficiency and support company growth.
