Job summary

SiriusPoint is seeking a Head of IT Delivery to lead its global technology delivery organization and drive execution excellence across the enterprise portfolio.

You will report to the CTO and oversee portfolio delivery, resource planning, and delivery execution across IT, partnering with architecture, cyber security, data & AI, and business stakeholders to ensure predictable, value-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, system analysis or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of experience in insurance and reinsurance across functions with strong insurance knowledge.
• 10+ years across three disciplines: architecture, development, data/analytics, or operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of SiriusPoint’s enterprise IT portfolio.
• Drive delivery governance, standards, and execution discipline.
• Oversee budgeting, CapEx/OpEx, and vendor cost management.
• Develop capacity plans and transparent executive reporting.
• Ensure SDLC adherence and regulatory/compliance alignment.
