Job summary

Pantheon is seeking a Delivery Lead to orchestrate IT & Business Systems portfolio work, balancing internal stakeholders with external partners. You will own roadmaps, manage large programs, and drive an AI-supported intake process to keep work flowing smoothly.

You will report to the VP of IT & Business Systems and help define the delivery rhythm for an AI-first team that moves quickly while maintaining rigorous governance.

Qualifications

• Own the IT & Business Systems team's portfolio roadmap across initiatives.
• Orchestrate the team’s largest programs with partners, internal leads, and stakeholders against deadlines.
• Run the AI-supported intake process end to end: triage, route, inform.
• Communicate weekly delivery status, launch communications, and publish a team roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the IT & Business Systems team's portfolio roadmap across initiatives.
• Coordinate external partners, internal leads, and stakeholders to hit deadlines.
• Run the AI-supported intake process end to end.
• Provide weekly delivery status and launch communications.
• Manage risks, decisions, and escalations across workstreams.
• Coordinate vendors on scope, timelines, and deliverable quality.
• Create lightweight delivery frameworks with clear requirements, success metrics, and review cadences.
