Job summary

SiriusPoint seeks a Head of IT Delivery to lead its global technology delivery organization and drive execution excellence across the enterprise portfolio. This leadership role oversees planning, prioritization, governance, execution, and delivery of technology initiatives supporting growth, regulatory needs, and strategic transformation.

You will work with Transformation Office, Enterprise Architecture, Cyber Security, Data & AI, Infrastructure, Product Leaders, and business stakeholders to

Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, system analysis or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of experience in insurance and reinsurance across multiple functions; deep understanding of insurance concepts.
• 10+ years in at least three disciplines: architecture, development, analysis, or operations in multi-tier environments.
• 5+ years in strategic/operational planning or business analysis.
• Proven track record leading large-scale transformation and technology portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of SiriusPoint’s enterprise IT portfolio.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business value, regulatory obligations, and resources.
• Manage portfolio roadmaps and delivery dependencies.
• Ensure delivery commitments align with business and transformation objectives.
• Establish delivery governance, KPI dashboards, and reporting for executives.
