Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT infrastructure operations or managed services.
• 5+ years in a client-facing service delivery leadership role.
• 5+ years managing hybrid cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP) and on-prem data centers.
• 2+ years leading distributed teams in 24x7 operations.
• 2+ years with monitoring/observability platforms and automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior point of accountability for enterprise client accounts across managed services.
• Lead Executive Business Reviews and Quarterly Service Reviews with C-level stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end delivery across hybrid cloud, on-prem, network, and end-user computing.
• Manage SLAs, OLAs, KPIs, and drive incident resolution with technical teams.
• Oversee ITIL-aligned service management lifecycle and drive continuous improvement.
