Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 5+ years Project Management (primarily Kanban or Scrum) experience in an enterprise IT system environment.
• Coaching at team and broader levels on kanban/scrum/delivery topics.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Proven experience driving enterprise change in large organizations.
• Proven track record of continuous improvement, process design, documentation, and implementation.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Word).
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced expertise in Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
• Handles ambiguity and changing priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide program management support for several initiatives (large scale technology buildouts, migrations, etc.).
• Deliver solutions that achieve business objectives with on-time delivery and high quality.
• Conceptualize process enhancements to increase project delivery effectiveness.
• Instill innovation and continuous improvement practices in teams.
• Manage team(s) quarterly commitments.
• Manage change with stakeholders appropriately.
• Provide adequate, on time reporting of outcomes and progress toward them.
• Execute the communication and adoption plan including training sessions as needed.
