Job summary

LUMA Energy is seeking a senior technology delivery lead to coordinate and execute approved technology initiatives. You will align infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, OT, and PMO teams, overseeing planning, readiness, and successful production deployments.

The role requires clear governance, documentation, and readiness validation to ensure smooth transitions from build to live environments within Puerto Rico operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead approved technology initiatives from initiation through closure.
• Develop integrated implementation plans with milestones, resources, and schedules.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across multiple teams and vendors.
• Manage delivery risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies for continuity.
• Monitor performance against schedules and drive timely corrective actions.
• Oversee production releases and deployment sequencing for orderly cutover.
