Job summary

Fluke in Everett, WA is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex initiatives across CRM, digital experience, eCommerce and more, guiding them from concept to deployment.

You will partner with business leaders, product owners, architects, developers, QA, and vendors to deliver measurable business value, governance, and adoption while driving on-time, in-scope delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading complex IT projects and business technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery from intake and planning through deployment, adoption, and closeout.
• Lead multiple concurrent Commercial IT initiatives across CRM, web, eCommerce, customer portals, DAM, PIM, and channel enablement platforms.
• Develop and manage project plans, milestones, schedules, budgets, resource forecasts, dependencies, and risk mitigation plans.
• Drive project execution and resolve obstacles that may impact delivery.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives.
• Establish ownership, accountability, and decision-making frameworks to keep initiatives moving forward.
