Job summary

Wright-Patt Credit Union is seeking a Manager of IT Delivery to lead a cross-functional team of technology partners within an assigned business domain. You will drive successful delivery, sustainable support, and continuous improvement of solutions across enterprise analysis, QA, and delivery functions.

This role partners with business leaders and manages resources, vendor coordination, and governance to ensure strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent combination may be considered.
• 7+ years in information technology, application delivery, or related disciplines.
• 4+ years of leadership experience at manager/lead level; financial services preferred.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid delivery, and other frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology delivery initiatives within an assigned business domain.
• Oversee planning, coordination, testing, implementation, and support of tech solutions.
• Govern requirements, design documentation, architectures, and integration specs.
• Collaborate with business leaders to deliver measurable value and align with strategy.
• Manage governance, risk, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
