You will work hands-on with servers, switches and fiber cabling, install and decommission equipment, process RMAs, and collaborate cross‑functionally. Linux basics and CLI familiarity are a plus, with on‑call rotations and inter‑city travel expected.
The IT Datacenter Technician role focuses on maintaining and optimizing Nebius’ data center IT infrastructure. You will work hands‑on with modern technologies, including the advanced H200 GPU cloud cluster, to troubleshoot hardware issues, perform diagnostics, and keep critical systems running smoothly. The role may involve travel between data centers and on‑call rotations.
Responsibilities include monitoring IT infrastructure for uptime, diagnosing server and network hardware issues, installing, upgrading and decommissioning IT hardware, managing fiber optic and patch cable connectivity, processing RMAs, collaborating with internal teams, and updating hardware configuration documentation.
Requirements include a solid understanding of server and networking equipment, hands‑on experience with server hardware, network switches and fiber optic cabling, and a proactive, responsible work attitude. Bonus points for Linux basics and command‑line familiarity.
Compensation is hourly, with rates from $26.00 to $38.00 per hour based on experience.
