Job summary

St. Luke’s United Methodist Church in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an IT Data & Technology Manager to oversee data quality and Rock RMS operations. You will partner with ministry teams to optimize reporting, dashboards, and technology workflows across campuses.

The role focuses on data integrity, reporting for ministry decision-making, and providing technology training while maintaining the church’s technology infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Experience with church management systems (Rock RMS preferred).
• Experience with project coordination or management preferred.
• Experience supporting end users with technology and software systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ongoing development, maintenance, and use of Rock RMS for data and reporting.
• Develop reports and dashboards supporting ministry operations and engagement.
• Train staff and volunteers on technology tools and processes.
