Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This remote position focuses on listing, optimizing, and maintaining products across various platforms, including our website, Amazon, eBay, and social media storefronts like Instagram and Facebook. You will play a vital role in ensuring our products are well-represented, searchable, and optimized for sales success. This position also includes tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing monthly reports for alignment with our sales team's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- List 25–40 new products weekly across platforms, including our website, Amazon, eBay, and social media stores.
- Write compelling and accurate product descriptions, incorporating SEO keywords to enhance visibility.
- Update product descriptions every six weeks, tweaking SEO, wording, and details for optimization.
- Research and integrate relevant SEO keywords for product listings using tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Set up and manage social media storefronts on platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.
- Use tools like Odoo for data management, inventory tracking, and product updates.
- Collaborate with the team to align listings with current promotions and marketing efforts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to product listings across various platforms.
- Track and monitor the sales team’s KPIs and submit monthly reports summarizing performance and trends.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting Pay: $15.00 per hour.
- Incentives:
- $1.00 bonus per product listed successfully.
- Additional $0.50 bonus for each listing updated and optimized every six - eight weeks.
- Raise: Increase to $17.00 per hour after 1 month based on satisfactory performance.
