Base pay range

$18.00/hr - $19.86/hr

Immediate need for a talented Data entry specialist. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Visalia, CA (Remote). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $18 - $19.86/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perm Schedule – 7.30 am – 4.00 pm (in temp's time zone)
  • Mon – Fri
  • Delivers straightforward administrative and/or other basic business services in Contracts.
  • Issues tend to be routine in nature.
  • Reviews and analyzes implementation materials to create documents for new and existing business.
  • Analyzes benefits to ensure they are in compliance with legislation.
  • Loads benefits into system.
  • Researches, coordinates information, and responds to questions from internal partners and/or external clients.
  • May be the first point of contact from customer to resolve issues.
  • Identifies process improvements for own cases.
  • Negotiates deliverables with internal partners.
  • May audit accounts to determine compliance with specific mandates.
  • Works to clearly defined procedures under close supervision.
