Job summary

Tisun Beauty Supply in Charlotte, NC is seeking an IT & Data Analyst to support day-to-day technology and deliver reporting and business intelligence for retail operations. You will troubleshoot IT issues, manage data quality, and create dashboards to drive decision-making.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with BI tools, and the ability to translate complex data for non-technical stakeholders. This is an onsite position supporting multiple store locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT/data analytics.
• Experience in IT support, data analysis, BI, or retail tech.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation.
• Experience with data, reporting tools, databases, or business systems.
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical staff.

Tisun Beauty Supply is hiring an IT & Data Analyst in Charlotte, NC (onsite) to support day-to-day technology and deliver reporting and business intelligence for retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support for employees and store locations
• Troubleshoot computers, POS systems, printers, networks, software, and other technology-related issues
• Assist with setup and configuration of computers, user accounts, software, and other technology
• Coordinate with technology vendors and service providers when additional support is needed
• Maintain accurate records of IT equipment, systems, users, and technology-related issues
• Support appropriate security practices, access controls, and user permissions
• Assist with technology implementations, upgrades, and system improvements
• Support adoption of new software and technology across the organization
• Collect, organize, analyze, and interpret business and retail data
• Create recurring and ad-hoc reports for leadership and management
• Analyze sales, inventory, product performance, customer trends, labor, and other operational data
• Identify trends, patterns, discrepancies, and opportunities within company data
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools to improve information usability
• Monitor data quality to help ensure information is accurate and consistent across systems
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable information for non-technical team members
• Assist leadership with data-driven decision-making and business planning
• Partner with store management and leadership to identify reporting and technology needs
• Improve processes through automation, reporting, and technology solutions
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency
• Assist with system integrations and information flow between business applications
• Maintain documentation for reports, processes, systems, and procedures
• Support special projects involving technology, reporting, operations, and business development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred)
• Relevant professional experience may be considered in place of a degree
• Experience in IT support, data analysis, business intelligence, retail technology, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience working with data, reporting tools, databases, or business systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to troubleshoot technical problems and identify practical solutions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to explain technical or analytical information to non-technical employees
